So im coming to the end of my 6 week plan and just want to say a huge thank you- I've lost 1 stone 3lb !!  6 weeks ago I hit rock bottom after trying to loose weight in many different ways. Im not a fan of exercise and went to Vicki to help me improve my fitness. I cannot thank her enough for her patience, understanding and support, helping me to push myself over the past year. I enjoy our PT sessions, I find Vicki very personable and like that we can have a giggle whilst I work out (and whinge!). I cannot recommend Vicki enough - great person, great trainer!

 initially started attending Vickis group sessions for strength and conditioning and circuits but with crazy work commitments and the need to travel I switched to personal training. Both types of training have been amazing. Vicki makes sure I perform the mo Ed correctly for maximum benefit, including over FaceTime for personal training sessions - a bit bizarre but wonderful too! Love the motivating texts to keep me going and the tailoring of plans according to where I am!!

My training was always predominantly weights and no cardio - the total range of sessions I attend with Vicki (TRX, bootcamps, strength and conditioning) means I have a much wider range of fun sessions that have not only seen me run 5/10k races (something I NEVER would have done before), but has also helped my numbers increase in the gym. Have achieved pbs in bench and squat consistently since starting with Vicki a year ago as an additional aid to my overall training. Lessons are fun, NEVER the same so no chance of getting bored and fit great around my day.

Nuts fitness manages to make an early morning fitness class good fun. They work you hard but each exercise is tailored to your own ability and the instructor is checking to make sure you are doing it correctly so as to not injure yourself. The classes are small group, very friendly and welcoming.

I have been working with Vicki for over a year and continue to find her classes challenge me in addition to being great fun. What amazes me most is Vicki's insight into your individual needs given your own personal fitness goals. Proactively, Vicki notes every conversation about moves I struggle with, closely observes my bodies response and with care and knowledge tailors a fitness programme that ensures I continue to gain strength and mobility, and on top of that varies it week to week. She understands when to push and when to back off and try something new, so I grow mentally and physically. The confidence I gain when working with Vicki is immeasurable; I couldn't recommend her highly enough.
